Cancellation Policy:

Returns and Replacement Policy:





• All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization).

• RMA numbers are valid for ten days only and product must reach our warehouse before then. Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.

• Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on current market price.

• There is a 15% on all returns for RETAIL Box Products.

• Shipping charges is NON-refundable including defective merchandise. Any damage to the original packaging might result in additional charges being assessed to your account.

• Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product.



• After 30days, customer has 150days replacement warranty.

• Some product will come with 1 year warranty.



Some product purchased from megaemarket.com carry full manufacturer’s warranty any issues arising later from product, please contact manufacturers directly.

International Orders:

Megaemarket.com takes order from worldwide customers, if the order is high dollar amount, we require wire transfer in advance and payment has to be in U.S.Dollar.
